AI Agents training

Design, build and govern agents — from experiment to production.

Every organisation is experimenting with AI agents — but moving from demo to reliable production proves to be an enormous step. In this training we make that step: from agent architecture and tool-calling to evals, guardrails, monitoring and governance. Participants design and build agents for real tasks in your organisation, and learn how to govern agents once they run: what are they doing, what do they cost, and where do you intervene. Including the organisational part that is often underestimated: roles, responsibility and human oversight.

What participants say

We went from five loose agent experiments to one well-designed platform with two agents in production. The evals module was an eye-opener.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a technical or strategic training?

+

Both variants exist. For engineering teams we go deep into the technology; for management we focus on design principles, business cases and governance.

Which tools do we work with?

+

Depending on your stack: from Copilot Studio and custom agent frameworks to Claude, OpenAI and open-source options. We align during the intake.

Will we end up with an agent in production?

+

With the two-day format we aim for a working agent in a controlled environment, with a clear path to production.
